The Dumpling Feast was just that, a feast. We were served 17 different types of dumplings, each on a different meat or vegetable, many shaped like the food inside. The chicken dumplings looked like little tiny chickens, the pork dumplings looked like a pig nose and the walnut dumplings looked just like a walnut. Not mentioned earlier, but almost all meals were severed on large 'lazy susans' in the middle of the table (the Chinese called 'lazy tables') and as each food is presented, you take what you want and turn it for the others to chose their food. Needless to say, we were stuffed after trying each of the 17 dumplings.
